Extracurriculars during college included Counterparts a capella; Sigma Iota Rho Journal of International Relations, Associate Editor; Center for Undergraduate Research and Fellowships, Peer Advisor; Daily Pennsylvanian, Photographer; Cycling; Soccer. I like to think I am very patient. My favorite part of teaching English in Vietnam was not so much when I was leading a full class, but when students would come to me during office hours. The chance to give a student or group of students my undivided attention was very gratifying. To see their eyes light up when they got a concept or vocabulary word was priceless.
